Hilary confronts Natalie. Natalie details how she grew up as a child of divorce but Victor was a constant in her life transitioning to them on Hilary’s show. She also states how Scott beat her up after she disclosed to him. Hilary asks if Natalie has contacted her family since she's been in town? Natalie is thrown; Hilary asks "So your aunt Drucilla and cousins Devon and Lily aren't even aware of you? What about your mother Olivia? After all weren't you born Nathan Hastings Jr?" Natalie admits she didn't think her family would accept her because when she came out to her stepfather Malcolm he rejected her. Natalie and Hilary hug on camera; Malcolm walks into Victor's office thanking him for calling him, but asking Victor "where's my stepdaughter?" Victor points to the TV screen; Malcolm watches the show before leaving. Nikki calls Victor and thanks him for the flowers, but tells him that won't fix their marriage before hanging up. When Nikki sees Cassie calling her she doesn't pick up the phone. Suddenly before her, Cassie appears.
Lily and Daniel struggle financially. Kevin offers to help as he still feels guilty about how he treated Lily when they were younger. Lily decides to take the money; Daniel confronts her about where she got it. When she tells him it was a loan from Kevin, he asks if they are having an affair. Lily admits her past with Kevin to Daniel. Daniel punches Kevin telling her to stay away from Lily as Kevin admits he’s gay and dating Philip. Kevin details Philip and Nina are divorcing as he and Philip are moving in together; Hilary overhears.
Tessa and Cassie meet through an online dating app and go on dates. At Crimson Lights Michael has a flashback of his attack on Christine. Christine shows up and they talk about strategy for a case. After Michael leaves, Nina talks to Christine about the picture Cane showed her and Rose DeVille. Christine encourages Nina to help Cane. Nina goes to Cane and agrees to help him. Cane feels bad about lying to Chelsea.
Jill finds out Phyllis leaked Billy’s paternity and confronts her; Jack feeling betrayed kicks Phyllis out of the house. Back at her apartment she tells Lauren and Michael she loves Jack and can’t lose him. Ashley and Traci show up to tell Phyllis they will help her win back Jack as she’s his longest marriage and happiest. Traci calls Daniel “Danny” Romalotti Sr. to vouch for how Phyllis has changed since being with Jack, how she did a great job with custody of Daniel, and how she even won over his sisters. Jack and Phyllis reunite as Danny visits Christine; Christine updates Danny on her life.
Paul faints in court. He goes to the hospital and is diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Christine comes to the hospital and is told the news. She asks Paul what he wants to do; he tells her he doesn’t want her to tell Heather yet. She helps him go through chemo and keeps it from everyone including Kyle.
Esther talks to Chelsea about adopting Summer and Fen’s baby. Cane and Chelsea talk to Summer and agree to pay her; Summer tells Phyllis and Jack she’s going to take time off college when she really goes up to the Chancellor manor attic to have the baby which she and Fen sign away to them. Fen stays in college and feigns being heartbroken by Summer. Noah and Kyle try comforting Fen but realize something doesn’t add up when he doesn’t want to date or hookup with anyone.
