Nick goes home and apologizes to Sharon that he woke up in bed with Phyllis; Sharon slaps Nick and leaves. Phyllis lies to Jack stating she slept at the office. Sharon shows up at the Abbott mansion and confronts Phyllis for sleeping with Nick and slaps her before leaving. Jack confronts Phyllis and tells her he wants a divorce. Phyllis goes to Nick and berates him for telling Sharon the truth. Sharon comes home to see them together and explodes kicking Nick out of the house. Nick moves into the main house as Nikki berates Phyllis and chastisizes Nick. Victor goes to Sharon to try and smooth things over and spies Sharon & Frank hugging. Victor makes a phone call.
Dru and Tyrone go on another date at the same time Devon and Hilary bump into each other at the opening of Towers, rooftop restaurant at The Genoa City Hotel. They go on dates after. Dru freaks out telling Tyrone this is too soon after her husband passed; Tyrone understands and tells Dru that he’ll back off. At the reading of Neil’s will, he leaves precious messages for Malcolm, Lily, Devon, Olivia, Victor, Nikki, and Dru. In his tape to Dru he tells Dru not to forget their love, but not to live in it. He tells her to take risks and chances. He also divides his $25 million estate giving Dru $15 million, and Devon & Lily each $5 million. Dru goes into Tyrone’s office and kisses him.
Michael bumps into Traci going to see Patty. Traci goes to get a mammogram; Michael talks about his nightmares he’s having about his old life terrorizing Christine. Patty tells him he feels guilty. He asks if the old Michael will come back and what to do. Patty prescribes him medication; when he goes to the pharmacy to fill his medication they give him the wrong person’s meds. Michael starts acting erratic and aggressive towards Lauren. He also starts having low days and being depressed not wanting to go to work; Lauren asks how she can help, but he blows up at her. Lauren sees Patty who figures out he’s on the wrong medication. Michael refuses to listen to Patty and starts having dark fantasies about killing Lauren and Fen, assaulting Christine again, and stalking Phyllis. Lauren stages an intervention as he goes to therapy led by Patty. Michael confronts all his demons in therapy with her at Shady Pines.
Adam proposes to Natalie while she’s at a photo shoot with Tyler. Tyler tells Natalie that he wants her to think about it before she says yes. Adam and Tyler fight; Natalie leaves in tears. At his grave Natalie talks to Nathan Jr. Adam talks to Casey & Matt about his feelings for Natalie; Tyler talks to Tyrone and Dru. Victor uses Natalie’s cell phone and tracks her down. He tells her marrying Adam would be a mistake because he sees all the bad side of himself in Adam. Natalie says she never sees that side and maybe she brings out the good in him. Victor reminds Natalie of the life she and Tyler could have as a power couple in the fashion industry. Tyler goes to the Genoa City Galleria and finds a ring for Natalie; he then goes to Olivia and Sarge to ask for Natalie’s hand. Olivia grants it, but tells him he must speak with Malcolm. Meanwhile Adam goes to Victor and asks for help to win Natalie. When he gets there Tyler is talking to Victor at his office asking for help finding Malcolm as he wants to ask for his blessing. Victor gives him Malcolm’s address and gives Tyler his blessing. Tyler leaves without seeing Adam. Adam comes in and blasts Victor. Victor tells Adam he wants the best for Natalie, and Adam is not it. He feels betrayed and upset by Victor, who has taken so much from him. He tells Adam that he wants him to focus on Newman Enterprises and taking control of it. Nick and Victoria are having a meeting down the hall when Nick goes to the office to get Victor. He overhears Victor tell Adam he wants him to take over the Newman legacy. Adam agrees he will take over Newman Enterprises and leave Natalie to Tyler. Nick leaves as Victor takes Adam to the meeting. When Nick isn’t there Victor calls him. Nick talks to Phyllis about his woes; they end up kissing.
Scott picks up a note on Traci’s car warning her to stay out of Cane’s life. Scott asks for an explanation; Traci states she is trying to help him solve a mystery. He tells her to stop helping Cane; she tells him she’s not done. Colin Ashby shows up at Cane’s office and tells him to stop Traci before it’s too late. Cane asks how he knows what he’s doing; Colin sighs stating his mother told him. He is confused as Colin told him his mother died. Colin states he met a woman who was on the run from the law, they fell in love, she had Cane, then he was anonymously sent reasons why she was running, broke up with her, took Cane to Australia, and hid from her. When the coast was clear he let the leash off Cane. Cane calls Chelsea. Chelsea comes to his office and Cane throws the file from the safety deposit box at Chelsea. She states she found who is mother is. Cane asks why Chelsea kept it from him; she tells him “It’s not good.”
Summer and Fen are in Chancellor Park when Summer hears a baby. She turns and sees a mother with a baby. She starts having nightmares about having her baby and giving the baby up. Fen realizes things are different, but she keeps lying to him she’s fine. She confides in Noah that she had the baby and gave it up for adoption. Kyle overhears and yells at Noah for keeping that secret from Fen. Keeping Summer’s secret becomes an argument between Noah and Kyle. Fen interrupts an argument of Kyle and Noah’s but neither refuse to say what’s going on. Summer comes clean that she gave the baby up; Fen breaks up with her. He visits Michael and asks what his legal rights are to find his child.
