At their condo Natalie is packing when Adam comes home. She throws annulment papers at him based on fraud; he begs for her not to go, but she tells him she hates him and will never forgive him. She stops by Crimson Lights and bumps into Luca. They share a moment, but she tells him she’s going to NY and back to her modeling life. She cannot bear to run into Summer, Fen, and Faith here in Genoa City. They hug as Colleen watches. Natalie goes to Olivia, Dru, and Sarge to say goodbye; she then sees Devon & Hilary at Society and apologizes for doubting Hilary. Hilary states she’s sad she was right; they hug as Natalie visits Victor. She overhears Victor ripping into Adam as Adam explains he did whatever it took for love like he was taught. Adam leaves without seeing Natalie. Natalie says goodbye to Victor. Natalie ends up at Nate Sr’s grave. She tells him she’s sorry she’s a failure and is leaving town. Adam shows up stating he knew she couldn’t leave town without saying goodbye to Nate Sr. Adam admits he loved her and wants her to stay; Natalie states she hates him and cannot even look at his face. Summer and Fen show up with baby Faith; they are there to put fresh flowers on John & Dina’s graves. Natalie says one more goodbye to Faith; Summer tells Natalie she will always be Auntie Nat to Faith if she wants. Natalie thanks Summer and Fen, hugs them, hugs Faith, and leaves. Fen tells Adam to leave. Natalie looks at Genoa City while on the plane and cries as it ascends.
Cane visits Sheila in jail. She admits she was a bad person, but has changed. He tells her he wants nothing to do with her and leaves. Colin is waiting outside, but Cane rejects him too. Traci shows up and tells Sheila she will never win; that Scott is awake and happily married to her now so Sheila loses. Sheila states "I never lose." As Traci leaves she sees Scott standing with Lauren. Lauren states she can't go in and leaves. Scott says he's not ready either. Christine has a judge expedite Sheila's case. Scott, Traci, Lauren, Michael, Gloria, Snapper, Fen, Kevin, Philip, Ashley, Jack, Phyllis, Brad, Colleen, Abby, and Paul are in the courtroom when Sheila walks in. Cane, Chelsea, Esther, and Chloe arrive in the back. Colin sits alone off to the side. Cane finally tells Chelsea about Sheila being his mother; she pulls up internet articles about Sheila and reads them to Cane. Feeling overwhelmed Chelsea confides in Chloe. She wonders if Cane will pursue her child's father; Chloe tells her not to bring it up and maybe his mother being in town will distract him. Cane goes to Nina and asks her if she's ready to continue finding the father of Chelsea's baby.
Lily feels major discomfort. When she goes to the hospital Olivia tells her she's expecting twins. Daniel freaks out about the money aspect. He reassures her things will be okay. Daniel goes to Phyllis and tells her he's in with whatever scheme she has planned as long as the money is good.
Chloe loses Delia at a store. She freaks out and calls Billy, who thinks she's simply trying to win his attention. Chloe goes to Billy & Victoria's house, but only Victoria's there. Victoria tries helping Chloe find Delia, but they can't seem to find her. Victoria calls Billy, who finally comes home. Chloe blames Billy for not helping her sooner, but apologizes. Chloe and Billy begin to bond over searching for Delia.
Nikki and Victor decide to renew their vows. They ask Casey and Matt to join, but Matt states he's not ready. Victor finally moves back into the ranch as Nikki begins preparations. She asks Casey to be her Matron of Honor and Victoria, Cassie, and Sharon to be her Bridesmaids. Victor asks Matt to be his Best Man and Nicholas, Billy, and Noah to be his Groomsmen. Casey decides to throw Nikki a "No longer" Bachelorette party at a winery; Matt takes Victor and the Groomsmen to The GC Athletic Club for golf in the back. Matt starts to realize how much he loves Casey helping Victor write his vows to Nikki. The Rehearsal dinner at the Colonnade Room Matt kisses Casey and tells her he loves her. Adam crashes, but Victor states he figured Adam wouldn't want to be a part of the ceremony. He says he doesn't and lets it slip Natalie left him. Matt tells Adam to stay. Natalie shows up.
Noah and Kyle argue over Kyle's betrayal. Summer apologizes to Noah for forcing him to keep the secret. Fen tells Summer that he will do anything to be with Faith even marrying a person he hates.
